There are several types of pufferfish, including the notorious Japanese ‘Fugu’ – a highly poisonous delicacy enjoyed by adventurous sushi lovers with, in our humble opinion, more tastebuds than sense. OUR pufferfish, however, is a lovely little critter and we think you would be doing him a great disservice by eating him. Or stuffing him for that matter.
